Get additional parts for Key start ready:
1.Flywheel Tooth 2.Flywheel alternator assy.（rotor assy+stator assy）3.Retainer；4.Regulator holder；5.Volt Regulator Assy；6.Start motor；7.Battery cables ；8.Key and wire harness；
Steps
1.Take down fan cover , Starting Ratchet Reel ,flywheel
2、Install flywheel tooth，Flywheel tooth should be heated to around 180℃ before installed，put heated flywheel tooth on the flywheel, note: the side with chamfer should be upward .see picture, flywheel tooth should contact to the flywheel with seamless.
3、Install flywheel rotor assy to flywheel
4、Install flywheel stator assy to engine , note: the side with stator wire is downward.Press the wire with retainer, note wire should be pressed firmly to avoid scratching the flywheel when it’s running
5、Install flywheel to engine block with flywheel nut, Note the groove should align with the location key of the crankshaft, install the stating ratchet reel
6、Install start motor，then plug in the wire connector from flywheel stator assy to sleeve，mount the bracket of voltage regulator to engine block, then install regulator on,connect the sleeved wires to voltage regulator.
7、Mount the fan cover
8、Connect the wire harness
Connect the red wire from the wire harness to the starter motor, connect the red battery cable and the white wire from the wire harness to the starter motor, connect the regulator wires with the wire harness. see the picture, connect the black battery cable to the fuel tank holder.
